Shipping Policy

We aim to provide you with the best possible service. As long as we have your item in stock, you can expect it to ship by the following business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post, allowing you to keep up to date with delivery progress. Delivery should take around 4 days depending on where in Australia you are. International deliveries may take 14 to 21 days. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived after these times have passed. 

If your item is not in stock, we will let you know our expected time for arrival, and let you know again as it is shipping to you, along with tracking advice so you know where it is.
